    • My name is Arthur Dean, and I’ve been around the city for a while, building my reputation one repair at a time. I’ve always had an interest in cars, mostly because I used to break them just as much as I drove them, which forced me to learn how to fix things myself. Over time, I got better with repairs, basic tuning, and understanding how vehicles actually work instead of just guessing and hoping for the best.

      I’m someone who enjoys staying busy and interacting with people, which is why being a mechanic really suits me. I like helping others get back on the road, whether it’s a simple fix or something more complicated. I keep things realistic but still try to make the experience enjoyable for everyone involved.

      Outside of work, I’m pretty laid-back, easy to get along with, and I take pride in doing things properly. I’m not the type to rush jobs or cut corners, and I try to be someone people can rely on when they need help. Overall, I’m just a guy who enjoys cars, good roleplay, and doing the job right.

    • I want to work at Bayview Auto Center because it seems like a solid and active place where I can actually put time into proper mechanic RP. I enjoy working on cars, helping people out, and being part of something that adds to the server experience.

      I’m not just looking for a job, I want a role where I can stay busy, improve my skills, and interact with others in a realistic way. Bayview feels like the right place for that, and I’d like to be part of the team and contribute.
    2.2 Why should we hire you? (Minimum 100 words):
    • You should hire me because I’m genuinely interested in the mechanic role and not just looking for a quick way to make money. I enjoy car-related RP and actually take the time to do things properly instead of rushing through jobs. I like interacting with people, explaining what I’m doing, and making the experience feel more real.

      I’m active, reliable, and I follow the server rules. I’m also patient, which helps when dealing with different situations or customers. I already have a good understanding of repairs, basic tuning, and upgrades, and I’m always willing to learn more and improve and i always will be in benny 24 hours be cause i love helping humans

      I’m patient and easy to work with, which helps both with customers and as part of a team. I also bring a good understanding of repairs, tuning, and upgrades, and I’m always willing to learn more. Overall, I’ll bring a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and someone the team can rely on.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
  • 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
    • If I’m the only mechanic on duty and there’s a long line of customers, I’d stay calm and organized. First, I’d quickly assess each job to see which ones I can handle fastest and which might take longer. I’d politely let everyone know there might be a wait, so they understand it’s not personal.

      Then I’d start working efficiently, prioritizing urgent repairs while keeping communication open with customers. If something takes longer, I’d give updates so they don’t feel ignored. My goal would be to get everyone helped as quickly as possible while still doing proper repairs and keeping RP realistic and fun.
    3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
    • f a customer is arguing about a mandatory labor fee even after my colleague explained it, I’d stay calm and professional. I’d politely explain the fee again and why it’s required, making sure they understand it’s part of the service. I’d try to keep the conversation friendly and avoid escalating the situation.

      If they still refuse, I’d let them know that we can’t provide the service without the fee, but I’d stay respectful and patient. My goal would be to resolve the situation without conflict, keeping RP realistic while maintaining a positive environment for everyone.
    3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
    • If a customer started being disrespectful or threatening towards a colleague, my first priority would be safety and keeping the situation under control. I’d stay calm, speak politely but firmly, and ask the customer to stop and respect the staff.

      If they continue, I’d remove myself and my colleague from the immediate situation and alert management or server staff for backup. I’d make sure my colleague feels supported and safe while handling the situation professionally, keeping the RP realistic but ensuring no one gets harassed or threatened.

    • One thing I’d like to add is that I’m really passionate about cars and RP, so I’m not just looking for a job — I genuinely enjoy being a mechanic and helping players. I’m willing to put in extra time to learn new skills, take on challenging repairs, and make sure every customer has a good experience.
