- Well to start my name is Chucky LoveMuffin, I grew up in a small town in Alabama living on a farm. I'm use to hard work and long hours because work on the farm never stops. One could even say I can see through the bullshit. I was a respectable and well know person back home, Call any random number from there and ask about Chucky and they would vouch for me. I made the decision to leave my small town life and move to the big city of San Andres and start my life over and that is where we meet today.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- First I would apologize for the inconvenience and then I would ask everyone to line up in an orderly fashion line of first come first serve, unless its law enforcement or first responders, We need them back on the road asap. Then I would work tirelessly to complete every task before me and doing my best to get five star reviews from customers.
- I would be an echo to my colleague, whatever he said I will repeat. There is nothing we can do about the labour fee but reassure the customer that they would not find a better service than that of Bayview.
- Try to deescalate the situation and ask the customer to step outside to discuss the situation. If the customer refuses and remains hostile, then show them to door.
