Transition of Ownership
We are excited to announce that Steven Jo has officially become the new Owner of Los Santos Customs. As part of this transition, Lukas Quinn has stepped down as Interim Owner and will continue to support the company in a consultant position.
Lukas stepped into the role of Interim Owner on May 5, 2026, following the closure of Los Santos Customs in December 2025. With the shop no longer operating, Lukas took on the responsibility of helping rebuild and reopen LSC, bringing with him his previous experience from Bayview Auto Center and his passion for the automotive community. Alongside him was Steven Jo, who served as Co-Owner throughout the process. Together, they worked to restore Los Santos Customs, assembling a team of experienced mechanics and rebuilding the company into what it is today.
With this transition, Lukas adds his name to the list of former Los Santos Customs owners, joining individuals such as Liam Binnie, Riley Kilgore, Conrad McMount, and many others who have helped shape the company's history. We'd like to thank Lukas for everything he has done to bring Los Santos Customs back to life and wish him all the best as he moves into his new role as a consultant.
For Steven, this marks the beginning of a new chapter with Los Santos Customs. His previous experience at Bayview Auto Center, combined with his passion for automotive culture, has helped him play an important role in rebuilding the company since its reopening. Working alongside Lukas throughout this process, Steven has helped establish the foundation that Los Santos Customs continues to build upon today. As he steps into the role of Owner, we look forward to seeing the company continue to grow under his leadership.

Farewell interview with Lukas Quinn
Before turning the page to LSC's next chapter, PR Assistant Head Fauna Callaway caught up with former owner Lukas Quinn to reflect on his journey, favorite memories, and the legacy he leaves behind after leading Los Santos Customs.
Q: When you first stepped into the role of Interim Owner, what was your vision for rebuilding Los Santos Customs after its closure?
A: When I came back and picked up the brand rights to Los Santos Customs, I really just wanted to build something that put the car community first. A place where people who love cars, whether that's building them, modifying them, racing them, or just appreciating them, could come together.
More than just reopening a business, I wanted Los Santos Customs to become a hub for the community. My goal was to foster a scene where car enthusiasts, racers, and those interested in a social space could come and relax at.
Q: Looking back at the process of reopening and rebuilding LSC, what moment or accomplishment are you most proud of?
A: Honestly looking back, I'm proud of what we've built both internally and as a team.
One of the biggest things was our internal employee portal. It gives our Management, HR, and PR teams everything they need in one place. Management can run day to day operations, HR can recruit, process terminations, and run background checks without hassle, and PR can put together press releases and see exactly how they'll look on the business site before they go live on the business website. It's made the whole business run a lot smoother and given our guys the tools to actually do their jobs well.
But beyond the systems, I'm most proud of the people. We've brought on more than 30 active members, and we've also had to make the tough call to let some people go to keep the standards we set for LSC. Those standards are what shaped our culture, and over the last six weeks we've grown into the most active mechanic shop in the state.
At the end of the day though, I'm just proud of everyone who came in and put their time and effort into rebuilding this place. Every single employee had a hand in making LSC what it is now, and none of this happens without them.
Q: What did being part of the return of Los Santos Customs mean to you, and what do you hope the company continues to represent moving forward?
A: Being part of bringing LSC back means a lot to me. It gave me the chance to rebuild something a lot of people remembered and had history with. Seeing people choose to work here, and customers choosing us to service their cars, has honestly been amazing to watch.
Going forward, I want LSC to be more than just a mechanic shop. I want it known as a place that brings people together over a shared love of cars, legal or illegal, and somewhere everyone feels welcome no matter what. Not a place built around crime, just good a mechanic shop and a location for people to be near by.
And I hope our PR team keeps doing what they're doing, the articles, the events, all the stuff that brings people together.

Build Story

Red Turismo Classic
Owner / Vlad Siclari
Through a chance encounter, I met Vlad, who invited me to photograph a few of his cars after he dropped by LSC one sunny afternoon.
Joined by a few others, we drove his cars to the nearby Richman Mansion and parked up near the central fountain. One by one, I photographed his 811, FMJ MK II, and Turismo Classic, focusing on capturing them under the bright San Andreas sun.
One thing I noticed with each of his cars was the simplicity. No elaborate or flashy liveries, no exotic pearlescent, just classic paints that highlighted the beauty of each of the cars he brought. Sometimes beauty comes in simplicity, and his cars demonstrated that perfectly.

New Beginnings with Steven Jo
With one chapter behind us and another just beginning, PR Assistant Head Fauna Callaway sat down with new owner Steven Jo to discuss his vision, priorities, and what members can expect as Los Santos Customs enters its next era.
Q: Having been involved in rebuilding Los Santos Customs from the beginning, what does it mean to you to now step into the role of Owner?
A: Moving in to the role of Owner, especially after all the work that has been done, is a massive honour for me. To have the trust put in to me to run this shop is hugely appreciated. Los Santos Customs has been a long time coming, I had been and have been continuing working on LSC along with others for a long time.
Q: Throughout the reopening and growth of LSC, what has been the most rewarding part of being part of the team?
A: Honestly, the quick growth we have had and the reception we have gained since the re-opening is nothing like I have experienced before. I couldn't pick a single part of Los Santos Customs to singularly highlight; our employees, regular customers, civilians - have all been fantastic and a vital part of why we are where we are. I could not ask for more.
Q: As you take on this new role, what are some things you hope to bring to Los Santos Customs moving forward?
A: I have a lot of ideas in mind for Los Santos Customs. More events, recruitment drives, recruitment in other times. In addition to this, I hope to come to mutual contract agreements with more companies so we are able to expand our services, furthermore, we have some more benefits for our employees internally, but I won't go into that just yet.
