2. Experience & Qualifications
There is no formal word requirement but detail is appreciated and will help your application.
- 2.1 - Why would you like to be employed at Los Santos Customs?
- I was assistant manager of Go Karts at the Liberty City Family Fun center. My responsibilities included managing inventory and ensuring that all go karts were repaired. I managed Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance while ensuring the employees followed OSHA requirements.
- I believe i am a good fit for Los Santos Customs because i was the best at what i did and cars are just really big go karts, so you can say i know what i am doing.
- Admittedly. i have only worked on engines up to 389 cc's. HOWEVER, after watching at least 45 minutes of you tube videos and reading AT LEAST 3 Bleeter posts, i can safetly say that it is same same but different.

3. Scenario Based Questions
- 3.1 - A customer comes into the shop and looks to be quite agitated, they are bothering staff and customers complaining that he disagrees with the costs of the services we provide. How would you go about handing this situation?
- I would go up to the customer and introduce myself. I would let the customer explain his frustration. I would try to resolve the situation the best i could while trying to de-escalate the situation. If the customer continued to grow agitated and be more of a problem then i would tell him to make an MR and never accept it
- i would express to my colleague that they need to pick up the slack and contribute so that his coworkers aren't doing all the work. if they continues to slack off, i would then suggest they clock off. if they continued to slack of then i might take that MR from earlier
- i would talk to them first then depending on the outcome of that conversation i would talk to someone above me
