- Please change your username on the biz website to match your name on your ID.

1. Click on your account name in the top right corner of the Biz website.
2. Select User Control Panel.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Click Edit Account Settings.
5. Change your account name so it matches the name on your ID card.
Please take care of the above and reply to this letter once everything has been resolved. If we do not hear back within a reasonable timeframe your application may be withdrawn.
