- My name is Max Smyth and I am 25 years old
Before I flew across the globe to los santos I owned my own business buying and selling vehicles, I would buy vehicles that needed some tlc and get my friends to fix them up and resell them I decided to leave the UK and come to los santos because I wanted to experience some new surroundings and explore.
My friends say I am friendly,kind and funny. In my spare time I enjoy fishing with my friends we often head to the pier with a few beers and some sandwiches and just chill listening to music and relaxing. I am so excited to see what the city has to offer.

- what motivates me to apply is my fondness for cars I have no previous experience as a mechanic but I enjoy driving around in my cars and going to car meets to see other people cars in the car community my favourite car is the 1967 pontiac GTO i'm hoping to someday own one myself
- I am a hard worker and keen to learn to things I feel my attitude to learn more and my eagerness to work hard puts me ahead of other candidates I work well on my own and with a team im a really friendly guy I enjoy making people laugh and joke around but i'm also a good friend if someone is in need of some comforting or just needs someone to talk to without judgement or prejudice i feel i would be a great fit to join the bayview team and i can't wait to help some customers with their car needs

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would kindly ask the customers to be patient and inform them that i am the only mechanic on shift
- I would also inform the customer that the price is mandatory and let them know I wont be able to proceed with any repairs or modifications unless they pay for the services
- I would go over to my colleague and ask if they need any help, I would also call for assistance from any managers or colleagues who are on shift. I would also inform the police
