- Joseph Tanner is a young man that flew into Los Santos from Sweden, he used to be a truck driver in hes own company with hes dad, in their free time they would work on a muscle car they owned together, everything from cleaning the cylinders to changing the tires, they would participate in legal drag races with this car they built together, Josephs dad passed away, so he wanted to get away because everything reminded him of his dad and they were so close that would always hurt him, when Joseph first came in to Los Santos he was advised to do some construction work, so he wen on the road with a crew of workers, he fast became friends with another new citizens of Los Santos called Amir they rolled around worked together, but Amir was away long periods of time so Joseph tried to find ways of meeting new people, he met a taxi driver that helped him get a job at the bus station, but Joseph is always looking for new and exciting things to do in Los Santos and he came across Bayview and saw they were hiring new personal and with hes mechanical knowledge he is now aplying for a Job

- I find fixing and building things very exiting, I previously used to work on cars with my dad, I also think its nice to be able to talk and meet the costumers, I am choosing to apply for Bayview because I am not much for the noise in the city.
2.2 Why should we hire you? (Minimum 100 words):
- I am a quick learner, I used to work on muscle cars before I moved to Los Santos, i would clean the cylinders, do oil changes, paint the cars, do all the electric wiring and much more, I treat other people with respect, I think the costumers are gonna love me, I am very with people to, I am not afraid to say what I am thinking, I will always try to find a solution no matter what the problem is and I can work independent if no one else is around I will always do my best to get the job done.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS

3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- Take it with a smile and work through the costumers one by one
3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
- ill tell him with a friendly voice that if he wont pay the price then we cannot fix hes vehicle at our shop and our prices are some of the best on the market but if he is not happy with it he can go check other mechanics prices
3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
- If he is threatening my Colleagues I will tell him to leave and if that does not work I will try to fix hes vehicle as fast as possible so he will leave, and report it to a manager, if it get out of hand ill contact the authorities but only if it's getting out of hand
