- My Name is Alfred Willis, I have been a huge car enthusiast and a motorbike enthusiast for a long time, been working on a personal project of mine, the Futo that I own has been custom built by me and a friend of mine yet my knowledge of others cars are very limited since I watched a guide on how to make this and did it, but i am very fast learner. I feel calm around the sound of engines and the smell of petrol is soothing to me. Apart from that I am an out going person, I do have a few hobbies that are not vehicle related. I make music, mainly house music and I Dj a bit here and there. and thats pretty much me.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- Working on my Car started the passion on wanting to do more with cars and other vehicles. I am someone who wants to learn to do things the Right way so I believe Bayview would be the best place to learn and work as a mechanic and work on as many cars as possible.
- When It comes to experience the only bit that i have is working on the Futo and a few motorbikes, but it was just a few bits and pieces here and there, but What I have realized is that I am willing to learn and that I can learn fast. I am also a very social person, So Customer Care and after care are definitely my strong suits I Would say. You could say that I am someone who actually cares about the person and the car as well. making sure that the car and the owner are left satisfied after visiting Bayview.
- I am a hardworking dedicated individual, and I put the company that I work for over everything else. As I mentioned earlier I am eager to learn and I am a quick learner. My people skills are really good as well. And I get along well with people and work collegues.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would line them up in a first come first serve basis and then work on them one by one.
- Try to explain to the customer about our fixed labor fee, and if the customer is still being difficult I would get a manager to handle the situation, if one isnt available I would tell the customer that I would alert the authorities.
- If this is the issue, I Would definetly alert the authorities about the customer being aggressive,I would ask him to leave the property.
