- Hello!, I am Jase Junius I first flew into the city around July sometime. I was seeking employement to earn my first pay cheque. I found myself working at Benny's for about a month and a bit. I worked there for about a month earning myself Advanced Mechanic rank. The reason I resinged was because I found a better position and chance at Plague Inc. I still work here now and I am currently an Assistant Manager. I also worked at weazel for a short time getting to Junior employee. And I also worked a Downtown Cab Co as a full time Junior Driver.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- Like I said before, I have some good prior mechanic experience. I have gone through everyone like modding cars to repainting them to just a simple part replacement. I was an advanced mechanic at benny's. I think this experience would help me to be employed at Bayview. I also think I should be hired because I love mechanic work. Working around cars is just a thing for me.
- Describe your skills, experience, and what sets you apart
2.3 What qualities will you bring to Bayview Auto Center?- I will bring dependability and dedication and professional conduct to Bayview. I arrive on schedule and maintain concentration while avoiding any disruptions at work. I actively listen to instructions and quickly understand new tasks while avoiding any negative comments about challenging or unclean work assignments. You would obtain a dependable employee who demonstrates dedication to prove their worth and assist the team.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- If there are mechanics in city but not on duty and they are on radio I would ask nicely if they are able to give me a hand to clock in and they can clock out after but for example if they said they are busy, I would just tell everyone that it is only me on duty and it will take time they are free to leave and to come back if they don't have time but if they do they can stay.
- See why they don't want to pay the fee as the fee is mandatory I would just say in the nicest way possible "Sir the labour fee is mandatory take it or leave it unfortunately unless you have a contract with us we are not aloud to change the labour fee."
- Tell them to calm down respectfully and if things start to escalate I would ring 911.
