- Hello! I am Jayden Vice, I flew into the city not that long ago and the first thing I wanted to do when I flew in was to become a medic, I applied to LSEMS and got accepted, I passed the interview and did my training, I passed my training and I am currently a full fledged medic, I am in several divisions such as Basic Life Support as a Basic Life support Trainee, I am in Crisis Response Unit (CRU) as a CRU First Responder and I am in Mountain Rescue and A Mountain Recue Operator.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I would love to work at Bayview as I would love to try being a mechanic which can give me something else to do thats not being a medic. I tried applying at Benny's but they ended up loosing my paper work somehow and I didn't bother redoing everything again. I was hoping to get another chance of being a mechanic at Bayview to give me another skill to add to my collection.
- I am the right candidate because I arrive on time and deliver results while maintaining a professional atmosphere at work. I understand my limitations but I quickly learn new things by listening to experienced colleagues and I always complete my tasks without any delays. I am willing to perform physical labor and handle tasks which other employees tend to stay away from. I want to demonstrate my abilities through actual work while gaining respect from others who value their team members and their tasks.
- I will bring dependability and dedication and professional conduct to Bayview. I arrive on schedule and maintain concentration while avoiding any disruptions at work. I actively listen to instructions and quickly understand new tasks while avoiding any negative comments about challenging or unclean work assignments. You would obtain a dependable employee who demonstrates dedication to prove their worth and assist the team.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- If there are mechanics in city but not on duty and they are on radio I would ask nicely if they are able to give me a hand to clock in and they can clock out after but for example if they said they are busy, I would just tell everyone that it is only me on duty and it will take time they are free to leave and to come back if they don't have time but if they do they can stay.
- See why they don't want to pay the fee as the fee is mandatory I would just say in the nicest way possible "Sir the labour fee is mandatory take it or leave it unfortunately unless you have a contract with us we are not aloud to change the labour fee."
- Tell them to calm down respectfully and if things start to escalate I would ring 911.
