  • Hey! Im Fredrickk Smith. Ive been in the city a while now and am looking for a place of employment, to where, Bayview was my first choice. I love cars and helping people so this would be perfect for me! Im 20 years young! Do some farming and hunting in my freetime, and loveeeee moneyyyyy. I was born in London, flew into the city a while ago as i was looking for a fresh start. Ive did my crimes, payed my prices and now im clean, and ready to work!

• 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
  • hey! As listed before, i have a genuine love for cars! Therefore, i personally believe that bayview is the place for me. I love to meet new people, and help others out. I chose Bayview over bennys because its alot better. I think Bayview has a very nice autocenter, building, and the people ive met, repairing my cars, are really friendly.
  2.2 Why should we hire you? (Minimum 100 words):
  • Why should you hire me? I think i would make a great fit for this role. I will be dedicated, working as much as I possibly can, striving for mechanic of the week. Always making sure that I keep up the Bayview image. I will be sure to fix every car that I can. Work overtime and more! I'll be friendly to EVERYONE, even if they don't like me and just in general keep up the morals within the company. I think you should hire me as back in London (where I grew up) I was a mechanic, so I already have basic knowledge about cars, and know what I am doing. I have driven some Flatbeds before, as a Towing job so I already know how to operate one of those too!

  • I will be Dedicated to the job. I will assure quality and fast results, fixing every car possible. I will do MR's, in store repairs! And anything i can do to help.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS

• 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
  • First of all i would radio and ask if anyone is around to help out, then i would ignore all mr's for now and get straight into repairing the cars, one by one. I will let the customers know so they don't get annoyed and keep the line moving.
  3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
  • explain to them again that it is not down to me. Ask them to take it out with the HR's or politely decline service if they still refuse. Or occasionaly lower it for them.
  3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
  • Tell them to leave the area, help my collegue. If they dont then i would call police.
