1.1 - PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR
- Employees must remain courteous, professional, and respectful with all coworkers and community members while on the job.
- Employees are expected to obey all laws within the San Andreas Penal Code at all times
- Employees of Weazel News is to be a part of or be affiliated with any criminal/gang organization/criminal activities.This includes, but is not limited to, wearing gang affiliated clothing in accordance with any active, known gang or criminal organization
- Employees should not be in possession or under the influence of drugs or alcohol while on duty
- Employees are not permitted to speak on behalf of the company or represent the company unless holding a position authorized to do so by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
1.2 - GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
- Complaints and concerns about employees and/or WENN should be brought up directly with Human Resources or the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Please ensure any complaints come with valid evidence to allow for a thorough investigation
- Employees must always ask customers for ID before carrying out any services provided by the Company
- Employees are not permitted to allow non-employees in their work vehicles unless given permission by Management
- All employees are expected to work a minimum numbers of hour per week unless they have an approved LOA or there is a company notice on the digital board
- Management + is expected to work 5 hours; regular employees are expected to work 3
- Note: Junior Employees are not granted hour warnings and may be terminated at any point if hours are not met without an approved LOA
1.3 - ON DUTY EXPECTATIONS
- Employees may only use personal firearms while on shift if they are licensed and used in accordance with local regulations for firearms
- Employees should attempt to spread themselves out across the State of San Andreas whilst on duty, when and if possible
- Employees are forbidden from driving personal vehicles while conducting WENN business under any circumstances
1.4 - RELATIONSHIPS IN THE WORKPLACE
Employees involved in a romantic or familial relationship are expected to declare their relationship by filling out the below form and emailing it to the CEO and COO.
- Behavior like arguing in the workplace, excessive inappropriate touching or kissing, flaunting relationship statuses, or ignoring faction duties to engage in excessive text messages or calls during work duties will not be tolerated at any point
- If you are involved in a romantic or familial relationship with another employee or applicant of Weazel Entertainment News Network, you are to refrain from having any input regarding your partner or family member's employment status or movement within the company
