- I was born and raised in Zagreb, mostly on the east side of the city. My childhood wasn’t dramatic, but it wasn’t easy either. Money was always tight, and I learned early on that nothing in this city comes free. My family pushed me to stay out of trouble, and for the most part, I did. I was in sports my whole life and did mostly well in school. My next goal in life is to be a mechanic so i hope I will also succeed in that part of my life.

- I dont have past experience but I will try my best to learn fast and be part of the team as well as i can. I am a fast learner and will try to improve more and more every day

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I’d stay calm, inform customers of the wait, and prioritize urgent or quick jobs to keep things moving. I’d work efficiently without rushing repairs, give clear wait times, and remain professional and fair to everyone
- I would remain calm and respectful, explain again why the labor fee is mandatory, and make sure the customer understands what work was done. If they continue to argue, I’d avoid escalating the situation and involve a supervisor or manager while keeping everything professional and within RP
- I would step in calmly to support my colleague, tell the customer their behavior is unacceptable, and try to de-escalate the situation. If the threats continue, I’d refuse service and contact a supervisor or law enforcement while keeping everything professional and within RP
