    • I can work well under pressure. I stay calm and try to solve problems, so the customer is happy and their issues are handled correctly.

    • I would stay calm and listen to the customer. I would explain the labor fee again in a polite way and why it is required. If the customer is still upset, I would ask a supervisor to help so the problem is handled properly.

    • I would remain calm and explain that the behavior is not acceptable and must change. I would ask them to stay respectful so their problem can be handled. If the behavior continues, I would ask a supervisor to help and make sure the issue is solved properly.
