- I was born on the edge of the city, in a rough neighborhood, and learned early that clean money is rare and fast money never lasts. Growing up in a broken family, constantly surrounded by bills and struggles, I knew I had to make my own way. I moved away to get a fresh start and build a life I could be proud of. I try to keep my head down, meet new people, and adapt to whatever situations come my way. I stay composed, focus on learning from my mistakes, and set goals that push me to improve, grow as a person, and build trust with those around me. Life hasn’t been easy, but I’m determined to make it count.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I want to work here because I enjoy hands-on, practical work and staying busy in an active environment. I like helping people, solving problems, and working as part of a team rather than doing things alone. This job fits me well and gives me the chance to be consistent with people interactions, and involved in meaningful day-to-day job.
- You should hire me because I’m dependable and I take pride in doing things the right way. I show up, as much as i can and genuinely enjoy interacting with people rather than just going through the motions. I’m easy to work with, I listen, and I don’t let ego get in the way. If I make a mistake, I own it and learn from it. I’m not here just for quick money or status, I want to build trust, be consistent, and meet some great people on the way. I put care into what I do and aim to be someone others feel comfortable relying on.
- I’ll bring a solid work ethic and a good attitude. I’m reliable, I show up, and I take responsibility for what I do. I’m easy to talk to, patient with people, and I stay calm even when things get busy or stressful. I work well with others and don’t mind helping out wherever I’m needed. Overall, I take pride in doing things properly and being someone both coworkers and customers can trust.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I’d stay calm and be honest with everyone. I’d let them know I’m the only one on duty, give realistic wait times, and work through the line fairly without rushing. I’d keep people updated and make sure everyone feels acknowledged while I handle things one job at a time.
- I’d stay calm and listen to the customer, then politely explain again that the fee is required. If they still argue, I’d get a supervisor involved to handle it, making sure things stay respectful and professional.
- I’d step in to back up my colleague and let the customer know that threats aren’t okay. If they don’t stop, I’d get a supervisor or security or authorities to handle it so my coworker stays safe and supported.
