    • I have always been in love with keeping myself occupied, always keeping myself busy, even since I was a kid. Not even necessarily playing as a child would, I always wanted to help my family with work activities. Later on in my life, I started to work more in admin where I started to enjoy work even more, always staying busy and also getting my hands dirty in my dads shop.

      I am extremely hard-working and also dedicate myself to the job and ensure that I do my best no matter the task at hand, as a job is not done unless you have put your all in to it.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Min 50 words):
    • I wish to work for Bayview Auto Center as I enjoy the atmosphere of the company and the employees. The work that is done at this company is above any other like it. The character within the company and the employees is certainly enticing.

      Mostly, I would like to work to able to do my bit within the team and assist with spreading the workload, no matter if it's nitty-gritty or even admin work.
    2.2 Why should we hire you? (Minimum 100 words):
    • Not to take away from others, I believe that Bayview management would be missing out on choosing someone else over myself. The dedication that I put into the job, is above most, ensuring that I put my every last breath in to working for the company and also doing my part in making the company look better to the public and employees alike.

      I should be hired for the simple fact of my past experience in fast-paced workplaces, the ability to over-extend myself and help in multiple areas without straining my ability for the job-at-hand would be a vital asset to the company.
    2.3 What qualities will you bring to Bayview Auto Center?:
    • I will bring qualities in multiple areas should I be able to assist in these areas - I currently work at Weazel Network where I am the Assistant Head of Human Resources and also hold the current ranking of Management (Manager).

      I believe that my experience paired with my knowledge in the field for Bayview, would provide great assistance to the company and the employees currently in it.

      I never fail to meet my quotas, whether that be; hours worked, job completed, etc - whether that be daily, weekly, or even per quarter, I will meet them.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
  • 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?:
    • The only to handle this situation is to ensure that the customers understand that this service is a first come first served. I would work through each of the vehicles and started with the customer who has waited the longest, ensuring to provide tip-top service to each of them no matter the length of time it takes.
    3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?:
    • I would echo what my colleague has stated to the customer, that the fee is mandatory and unless they hold a badge of a company that Bayview has an active contract with, there will be no leeway for any form of discount and that they would need to pay in full before any work can be done, the same as everyone else.
    3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?:
    • I would insert myself into the situation and attempt to de-escalate the situation between the customer an the colleague. This is vital to ensure that the situation doesn't escalate past words and the best course of action is to ask the customer to leave.

      Depending on the severity of the situation, I would gather evidence of the customer and the employee and report it to supervisors or management, this is to ensure that accountability is taken and so management can take appropriate action towards the respective party.

    • I have worked at Bayview on other characters in the past, reaching a minimum of Senior Mechanic. I have also assisted with building factions; handbooks, supervisory positions, employees, etc. I believe that these experiences will help the faction.
