- I grew up in a city with a lot of possibility so i took action. My younger years, I was in sports all the time and had a lot of success. My high school years were no different, a lot of everyday training and a lot of studying in between. When i wasn't training i was just studying. At college, my sports years were over and i just spent my life studying all the time but even with all that success i had and did i felt something was missing so i wanted to try everything i could in life to experience life in general.

- I spend a lot of time outside of the workshop, people outside are friendlz and nice. It generally seems like a really nice place to work at. Also i always had a thing about cars so i think this could be a perfect fit for me and my future i general.
- You should hire me because I am reliable, hardworking, and genuinely motivated to do my job well every day. I take pride in being punctual, organized, and respectful to both customers and coworkers. I learn quickly, follow instructions carefully, and I’m not afraid to ask questions to make sure the work is done right the first time. I understand how important trust and attention to detail are in an auto service environment, and I always aim to represent the business professionally. I work well as part of a team but can also handle responsibilities independently when needed. - 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would stay calm and professional and let customers know about the wait so they feel acknowledged. I would prioritize jobs based on urgency and safety while working as efficiently as possible. I would keep customers informed and make sure the work is done correctly without sacrificing quality or safety
- I would remain calm, respectful, and professional while listening to the customer’s concerns. I would politely reinforce what my colleague explained and clearly explain why the labor fee is required. If the customer is still upset, I would avoid arguing and instead involve a supervisor or manager to help resolve the situation appropriately while maintaining good customer service
- I would step in calmly and professionally to support my colleague and help de-escalate the situation. I would ask the customer to remain respectful and explain that threatening behavior is not acceptable. If the situation continued or felt unsafe, I would immediately involve a manager or follow company procedures to ensure everyone’s safety
