- Born in Liberty city his mother died during his birth. When he was 4 years old his father who was a cop killed in a gang war. He was homeless and have nothing to eat his uncle who was poor, but a kindhearted man adopted him and raised him. His uncle was a mechanic he always gives helping hand after school he wasn't a bright student. After school he completed Diploma in Automobile Engineer. One day while he was working with his uncle a gang enters their garage and asked for protection money and asks for raise it by 50%. They also beat them. At that night they decided not to live here anymore. They sold their shop and moved to the City of Los Santos. Now he and his uncle are living in Los Santos and doing freelance jobs.

- I have more than 10 years of experience working in my uncle's Garage and also have a Diploma in Automobile Engineering. I am very fond of cars and engines I like to fix broken cars. In Los Santos I found that Bayview Auto Center is a good spot to re-fill the gap of 5 years and sharpen my skills.

- Because I am a quick learner and a good mechanic from Liberty City. I raised in a garage. I am pretty sure that I can be a good addition in Bayview auto center as I have good amount of experience with cars and bikes. I can detect and fix problems within short span of time which can bring positive feedback to the company. If you hire me, it'll be good for both of us you get a better one extra hand, and I get a place to sharpen my skills and get familiar with fellow mechanics and learn from them too.

- I'll handle this situation by letting them know that as I'm the only mechanic available right now then I'll ask them to be patience and let them know that I'll serve them on the basis of first come first serve.
3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?:
- I'll explain him once more that the fee is mandatory and if he still denies paying the fee then I'll deny giving him service.
