- i have always been passionate about cars, I have taught myself different repairs on my motor bike and car. Bayview stands out in los santos and ive been working hard to be able to apply here, i love working on cars and i have repaired a few cars with my friends and i am ready to be commited and give my all to bayview, But overall my main goal is to help customers and to help continue bayviews reign of los santos.
- i would be a great candidate for this job as i am repscetful and friendly and love helping others. i would give a hands on experince and i also have self thaught myself multiple engine repairs, unlike other applicants im not chasing pay. i want to be commited to this job and give my all every day. i love to help others and i would love to help clients when in trouble with cars or whatever they may need fixed. i have been employed in multiple freelance jobs and in every one of them i gave my all every day even when i was on the lowest pay. ill contriubte to your repuation as the best mechanics in los santos and help build loyal clients and i will give supply amazing customer service and i am dedicated to do my best.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- i would stay calm and thank every customer for waiting i would try my best to orginiuze the situation by getting everyone to wait in one line, i would still take my time on every repair and stay composed.
- i would acknowledge there frustration with saying something like: " i understand ur frustrion with the labor fee and i am sorry this has upset you" id then listen to what they have to say without interuppting making sure i show repscet to the customer i would politely re inforce what my college explained and offer if they are still unhappy to raise it with a supervisor for review while staying firm on the labour fee. my goal would be to calm down the customer and listen to what they have to say hopefully making them feel listened to while still staying professional.
- i would immedianlty step in professionally and try to calm down the situatuion pisitoning myself between the client and the colllege if needed for safety i would stay non confrontational and composed and ask them politly to lower there tone as threats and disrespect arent allowed here, id then listen to there side of the story and if threats were to continue then i would call for the lspd to take further action
