- I am a dedicated and disciplined student-athlete who takes pride in my growth both on and off the football field. Playing football has taught me the importance of hard work, teamwork, and perseverance. I push myself to improve every day, whether it’s through training, studying plays, or building my strength and endurance. I believe that staying focused and maintaining a strong mindset are key to becoming a better player and person.
Outside of games and practices, I spend time in the gym working on my speed, strength, and conditioning. I also enjoy studying the game, watching highlights, and learning strategies to improve my performance. Football has helped me develop leadership skills, responsibility, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Beyond sports, I value spending time with friends and family, listening to music, and staying motivated to reach my goals. My goal is to continue growing as an athlete while building a successful future through discipline, determination, and dedication.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I need to make some money as i have just got back into the city from a long vacation and I already have experience as I used to work at los santos customs before it got shut down. Also I am familiar with the Bayview area as I usually go there for repairs and there customer service is great.
- You should hire me because I bring both hands-on experience and strong customer service skills to the job. I previously worked at Los Santos Customs, which operated as both a customization garage and a mechanic shop. During my time there, I gained experience assisting with vehicle maintenance, basic repairs, and helping customers understand their service options. I also developed the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail.
My interest in fixing cars started when I was young, helping family members and learning how vehicles work. This early experience helped me become comfortable with tools, problem-solving, and diagnosing issues.
In addition to my technical skills, I pride myself on providing good customer service. I treat customers with respect, listen carefully to their concerns, and make sure they feel confident and satisfied with the service they receive. I am dependable, eager to learn, and ready to contribute positively to your team.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- If I were the only mechanic on duty with a long line of customers, I would stay calm and organized. I would greet everyone, assess each vehicle, and prioritize urgent issues and quick services to reduce wait times. I would communicate realistic time estimates and keep customers updated. By working efficiently and maintaining good customer service, I can keep things moving while ensuring each job is done safely and correctly.
- If a customer didn’t want to pay the labor fee, I would stay calm and listen to them. I would explain that the fee is required and covers the work done on their car. I would go over the bill so they understand it. If they still argue, I would call a manager to help. My goal is to stay respectful and handle the situation the right way.
- If a customer is being disrespectful or threatening, I would stay calm and step in to de-escalate the situation. I would ask the customer politely to stay respectful and explain that threats are not allowed. If the behavior continues, I would involve a manager or follow company policy to ensure everyone’s safety. My priority is keeping my colleagues safe while handling the situation professionally.
