- I was born in Liberty City and raised by a hard-working single mother. I learned early on that nothing comes easy. During my teenage years, I spent most of my time fixing cars and bikes, finding control and clarity under the hood. At 22, I moved to Los Santos with nothing but a toolbox and a desire to build something bigger. I worked as a mechanic by day and handled quiet repossessions on the side, earning a reputation for being reliable and discreet.
I’m calm and thoughtful, and I believe respect is earned, not given. I try to avoid fights, but I won’t back down if someone pushes me. One day, I want to own a real custom auto shop — something built from the ground up with my own hands. I plan to rise in a city built on hard work, and no matter how far I go, I’ll never give up my family or my loyalty.

- Yes. I used to know people who were involved in crime. But I wasn't very involved, so I decided to completely stay away from that situation. Since then, I've been working on building a stable, honest life through real work and personal growth. Those experiences have taught me a lot, and I promise to always be honest, professional, and responsible in everything I do from now on.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS

I would work quickly without sacrificing quality or safety, and I would keep customers informed the whole time. If possible, I would let management know to set up more help as soon as it is available.

If the customer still refuses, I’d involve a supervisor to ensure the issue is resolved fairly and respectfully.
- I would stay calm, prioritize safety, and firmly ask the customer to stop their behavior. I’d remove myself and my colleague from the situation if necessary and immediately involve management or security. Protecting staff while de-escalating the situation is the priority.
