- I’ve been working as an automobile arbitrageur in my spare time and have always been passionate about vehicles. Previously, I was employed with the San Andreas Sheriff's Department and the Downtown Cab Company. I also worked at Bayview for a short period; however, I had to leave as my responsibilities at DCC were increasing. I decided to resign from DCC around December and have been taking on freelance jobs since then.
Yesterday, my previous colleague Seraphina informed me about some job openings at Bayview, and I decided to move forward with my career by applying at Bayview. I’m genuinely excited to return at Bayview
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I've been an automobile arbitrageur for a long, and this experience has given me important knowledge about different kinds of vehicles in the State of San Andreas. I've always had a keen interest in cars in general. My prior employment at Bayview also gave me practical expertise with mechanic related duties, which I much value.
- I believe you should hire me because I have a lot of experience working with cars and I am very good at my job. I know a lot about cars. When I worked at Bayview before I got to work on a lot of cars. I learned how Bayview does things and what they expect from their employees.
I am a learner and I really want to keep getting better at being a mechanic at Bayview. I think I can help Bayview do well and at the time I can move forward in my career as a mechanic at Bayview. I am very sure that I can make a difference, at Bayview as a mechanic.
- I’m bringing solid hands-on experience with cars, a genuine curiosity about how they work, and a habit of learning fast on the job. I'm excited about on the job training.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I will work according to Bayview’s SOPs, and I believe I will continue serving customers while staying calm and composed throughout my work.
- At that point, I would explain to the customer that I cannot provide the service without a labor fee, as doing so would go against Bayview’s SOP, and as an employee I cannot do that. I would prefer to deny the service in that situation, or, if a manager is available, I would refer the customer to them.
- I will do my best to calm down the situation and the customer, and I will report the incident to the manager. If the customer behaves aggressively toward any of my colleagues, I will step in to protect them if I can and contact the police as soon as possible.
