- Hello my name is Cleo Lopez and I have been working as a taxi driver for quite long now. I drive for DCC where I've become senior driver after many years on the job. With the years spent at DCC I've gained lot of experience navigating the city learning the streets and shortcuts that help me get passengers where they need to go. Driving isn't just my job its something I genuinely enjoy. I've always liked cars in general from older classics to newer models. As a senior driver in DCC I take pride in setting a good example. I try to stay professional & patient making sure customers have a safe and comfy trip around Los Santos. I Don't have any family here in Los Santos. Parents live abroad.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I want to work at Bayview because I'm looking for a fresh start and new opportunities to grow. I work at DCC but recently a lot has changed with the new management. My shifts just don't feel the same and there have been moments where I completed my required hours but was still told that I didn't. I understand mistakes can happen but having to ask for my hours to be double checked makes me feel like my work isnt really being valued. On top of that many of my former colleagues (ppl who were not just coworkers but also good friends) have already moved on. I feel like it's the right time for me to move forward as well.
- I have always had a strong interest in cars and working at Bayview would give me the opportunity to turn that into a real career. Even though I don’t have much hands-on experience repairing cars yet I am more than willing to learn and put in the time and effort needed to improve my skills. I’m someone who listens learns quickly and takes pride in doing my job properly. If given the opportunity I would work hard to learn from the experienced mechanics at Bayview. I'll support the team however I can and gradually build the skills needed to become a valuable member of the workshop.
- I'll bring good energy to the workshop. I'm the type of person who gets the job done. I might not be a master mechanic yet but im willing to learn and improve. If someone shows me how to do something once or twice I'll make sure I remember it. If engine doesnt start I might not fix it in five minutes but I can at least make a joke while we figure it out.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I don't think that's going to be a problem. People are usually patient with it. I'd go like "who's next in line guys lets get the work done"
- I'd also try to explain to the customer that the labor fee is mandatory and it is the same for all the customers.
- I'd try to talk to the aggressive customer to understand what causes it. I'll try to calm them down if things escalate I'll probably call 911 and if they open fire I won't hesitate and to use my gun and protect myself. Sadly I've experienced threats as a taxi driver.
