    • It's almost like a hobby to me. I know what i'm doing and i can do it great.
    2.2 - Why do you think you would be a good fit for Los Santos Customs and why?
    • Ever since i was a kid i've always loved cars, taking them apart and putting them back together. Having more that a decade experience with cars, i've mastered almost everything and i can proudly say that i can an excellent job.
    2.3 - Do you have any experience as a Mechanic? If so, what experience do you possess and what are your previous employments?
    • I have helped my father in his workshop back in Liberty City as a kid and then started working there when i was older. I learned how to work on cars and trucks. I can repair engines, transmissions, electronics etc.

3. Scenario Based Questions

  • 3.1 - A customer comes into the shop and looks to be quite agitated, they are bothering staff and customers complaining that he disagrees with the costs of the services we provide. How would you go about handing this situation?
    • I'll explain him that what he pays equals what he recieves. When the work we do is excellent, the price will match the quality. If he were to spend less money somewhere else, he won't have the guarantee that we can give him and probably need to repair one thing multiple times.
    3.2 - You see a colleague standing around and doing nothing for an extended period of time, refusing to help out with basic work. What would you do?
    • I would go to him, ask him if everything is alright, feel him out a bit. It's not my job to intervine in others people business, however when someone is loitering around and not helping his co-workers, that's something i cannot accept. I would first kindly tell him to go back to work.
    3.3 - If you caught a coworker breaking policy, what would be the correct course of action?
    • I'll assess the situation, however since i'm not qualified to take descisions of this caliber by myself, i would have to inform the higher ups.
