- Damon Sparrow was born in Los Santos in the year 2000. He had four brothers who often got into shenanigans involving cars, which sparked his interest in tuning and driving vehicles. One night, he decided to open up his dad's car hood to look at the engine but he ended up breaking it. Mr. Sparrow was mad at first, but the night ended with Damon receiving lessons from his dad on how to fix the vehicle. This marked the beginning of his journey into the mechanic world, which he loved and adored.
Six years later, Damon landed a job at Los Santos Customs where he gained more experience working on various vehicles. Sadly, his time at LSC was cut short due to family issues. Since that day, Damon fell into depression, but he remained hopeful that one day he would return to his second home, where he could once again work on and fix all types of vehicles.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I want to work at Bayview because I heard very good things about the place, where I feel I would fit in that environment, and I have set myself a challenge where I would become one of the best mechanics in the whole city. And I would like to also build more realtionships in that part of town.
- You should hire me because I am ready to put in 100 percent of my dedication and attention to the quality services as a mechanic and a good customer service as I've experienced from my time in the LSC, I also believe that due to my flexibility in work hours and fast learning skills I can be a valuable employee, I'm also used to working under pressure situations especially when there's too many customers and too little mechanics, I've been through that situation before at my time at LSC and while studying for multiple papers back in my hometown, I'm certain that I will be learning alot from this new experience and I will be putting it all back into the work that should reflect on my weekly or monthly reviews.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I call over the radio for any available mechanic to come on duty when it gets busy. If no one is available, I do my best to serve customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- I'll explain that there's nothing we can do, and if they don't calm down, I'll call my supervisor and the police if needed.
- I would ask them to leave or I will call the police.
