  • Desha Sparrow was born in Los Santos along with his four brothers and cousin. He traveled to Chicago to study at the university and graduated with a degree in economics. He worked in a car washing company as an accountant, so he started to get more familiar with car parts functions and costs. Also, he used to go on a lot of car shows and trips with his father, and he showed him how to actually change spark plugs. Desha got more motivated, and he started to take sessions and trainings in mechatronics to learn more about the car's technical field. Reflecting his skills and flexibility, he was a fast learner and managed to know a lot in a short time, qualifying him to work as an actual mechanic.

  • I want to fulfill my interest in the car field by joining Bayview and start working as an actual mechanic to broaden my skills and experience. On another hand, I want to start interacting with more people to build more social relations to increase my teamwork and my communication skills among the team.
  2.2 Why should we hire you? (Minimum 100 words):
  • I have a good background about different types of vehicles, as I used to go on a lot of car shows with my family members, which gave me a lot of experience with them, and my previous work in the car washing company as an accountant gave me a lot of knowledge about the vehicles components and their functions and prices. I have the ability to interact with different people, which can help me later on in the field of work to handle different customers. About working as a team, I am used to finishing any work as a team with my own brothers as well as my previous teammates in my old company. Also, I used to work at Los Santos Customs as a junior mechanic, but I left due to family issues.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS

• 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
  • I would start organizing the vehicles and assign each one of them to a bay, and then I would start handling one by one to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
  • I will try to explain the charging system in another approach to clarify the image, but if he still refuses to pay, I won't serve him and ask him to leave, and if he refuses to leave, I will call a higher rank to handle him, and if not available, I will call the authorities to take care of him.
