- Hi there, this is Vritza Cadillac. I tried a number of different occupations in an effort to make more money as a freelancer. I truly loved working as a road worker since it was highly compensated and gave me the opportunity to meet new people. I decided to apply for a position here after discovering how vibrant Bayview was while I was traveling north and exploring the region. I have some experience with vehicles and motorbikes and really like driving. Therefore, if I can combine this with a career in this industry that will also allow me to contact with a lot of people, this is the next step I want to take.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

I'm searching for something more structured after trying a few freelancing gigs, and after visiting a few other auto repair shops, I believe Bayview is the one for me. I'm drawn to this area and its residents.
- I really enjoy riding bikes. As a technician, I suppose this is the most crucial factor. Additionally, my perseverance and desire to strive might generate additional excitement. Since I'm just starting off, I'll do all in my power to perform well and not let you down. I constantly attempt to assist my coworkers since I am a team player. I hope I won't cause you any headaches throughout my training term because I believe myself to be a quick learner. I am capable of simple tasks like changing tires and unscrewing bolts. Believe me, I had to learn that my Warrener is a pain.
- I bring passion, hard work, and good skills. I can fix, upgrade, and customize vehicles. I work well in a team, solve problems fast, and pay attention to details. I always make sure customers are happy.

- I would stay calm and listen to the customer. Then, I would explain the labor fee again and why it is needed. If the customer still disagrees, I would ask a manager for help
- I would maintain my composure and intervene to help my colleague. I would gently remind the client to show respect. I would alert a manager or security to safely handle the situation if they kept threatening. The most important things are keeping everyone safe and keeping the atmosphere professional.
