- I have been in the city for about a year and two months I know my way around the city and I've met a lot of people even ones who work as mechanics such as Amara Fox, Oscar Bean, Sakura Vandal and many others I'm nice and friendly and like to have fun I try and create a friendly and easy environment to work in I make sure everyone is happy amongst my fellow workers or accomplices also I enjoy being in the city and I'm fairly active I'm a reliable person if you need me to do something I will go above and beyond to make sure I make you and or customer happy and I'm always happy to help around no matter what I'm also loyal to my people that's what I take seriously is loyalty that should be enough to describe me as a person and employee
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS I have worked with cars before in the city and have watched mechanics do their job hundreds of time the place I used to work was a mechanic shop my friend wanted to open up but it never really happened my qualifications might not look impressive put trust me if you give me a chance I will go above and beyond your expectations and show you how well i can actually work

- I like to work and obviously make money but that's not all I'm in for I like working with cars and have met people who have helped me out in a lot of rough situations and I want to give back to the community and have a stable stream of income I want to become something more than I am currently and I think getting a nice environment stable job is the way to go also a lot of the employees at Bayview are nice and helpful
- you should hire me because I enjoy working and there's not a day where I wouldn't bring my best into the workplace I get quality work done efficiently as cocky as it sounds a lot of people know me and would most definitely make the drive to see me work I also like to make sure everyone gets along and there are no issues between workers I keep a cool head and like to handle things in a professional manner when things get serious I like to simmer down arguments and get to the roots of problems and solve them permanently not just temporarily making sure that that problem doesn't arise again even when people have issues with me I like to talk about it instead of causing unnecessary problems or drama in the workplace what sets me apart is I'm not like others in my opinion I'm not a robot that stands there does the job with no emotions every time I see a new face I like to introduce myself and make the environment inviting and fun even as silly as it might sound the amount of effort you put into the environment reflects your work and your customers satisfaction and that can go a long way for example if someone was having a rough day and they pull up to get their car fixed I would try and change that for them and make their experience a lot better than it would normally be and make sure to leave a smile on their face after the encounter little things like that can not only change the customers day it can even improve the work environment and even encourage the other workers to do the same

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
first I would try and acknowledge the fact that everyone is waiting and that I am aware of the wait time secondly I would try and prioritize the vehicles and get the most urgent ones first such as red engine car whilst some of them might only have a blown tire I would also ask if anyone was in a big rush to get some where and I would try and take those customers first next I would set realistic goals and be honest with the customers since I am the only mechanic in the shop at the time I would inform them that the wait times might be longer than usual and that I'm trying my best to get every car as quickly and efficiently as I can whilst working on a car I could engage with other customers for example saying next 2 cars pull into bay 1 and 2 to try and make the customers feel that I am trying to make the wait time as efficient as possible if people get impatient I would try and get them to understand that I am the only mechanic clocked on and that I'm trying my best to get to everyone as fast as I can and I would even say I cant really rush too much since it might become a bigger problem on the car later
i would try and calm the customer down by explaining to him that the labour fee is mandatory because it cover the work tools and expertise that went into getting the car into good shape again also i would tell him that it is a part of the cost of the service done by us including both the parts and work put in if the customer is still refusing to listen and keeps getting more aggressive I would call a higher up for example a manager and if one is not available I would tell him that if he does not pay the labour fee that I cannot repair their car
I would walk up to the customer and ask what the issue is if it is something reasonable I would try and calm them down and make sure that they are satisfied but if they do not give me justification for being aggressive or the reason he is being disrespectful towards my worker I would again call a higher up like a manager if he does not stop being disrespectful and or threatening my colleagues I would refuse him service and tell him to leave otherwise law enforcement will be called
