- I grew up outside the city alongside my brother blake, we lost both our parents at a young age in a home invasion where we was kidnapped, as the years went on we moved into the city in search of a better life and to live happily and freely, I have spent time in the city working as a road worker and a trucker however have always been into my cars and working on them. i like to spend my spare time hanging with friends, driving cars and spending time with my brother, i also enjoy attending events in the city.

- I have always loved being around cars and motorbikes, and have always had a keen interest in tinkering with them and working on them, I have met a few of the lovely employees from Bayview too which is another thing that draws me in. Ive always come here for my own car repairs and think it is a great place, the staff team are also great
- I am a keen and highly motivated individual, i work hard and i have experience working on motor vehicles of many types, so my previous experience also means i would require a little less training, i work well under pressure and do not mess around whilst i work, i always ensure i work to the highest of standards i possibly can and ensure i keep customers happy. I always follow instructions correctly and also work great as a team or alone and enjoy helping people. With things that i do not know i will always ensure to listen and learn from the more experience staff so i can be trained properly.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- Keep calm, Keep track of who has arrived first and tell the customers i will be as quick as possible and work off the basis of who arrived first.

- I would ask the customer why they feel the fee is wrong, i would then try and speak to them in a calm manner ad explain that the fee must be paid in order for the works to be carried out.
- Attempt to defuse the situation professionally, if this fails then call for help
