I am a 23 year old, I moved to Los Santos when I was sixteen so i could start my own life as my dad had died when I was 14 and had to look after my siblings as they wouldn't have made it if i didn't. This made me have to mature quicker than any other person that would have a normal life. I was thinking about going into law but then decided that since back in Ireland we owned a mechanic shop why not try that out which i loved doing but then started getting annoyed at my collegues because they were always causing problems. This is when i started working at DOC which i will be heading back to in like a month. I would not leave a job for another job i would work both jobs if i like they both a lot.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would start taking them one by one and try get them in order and just ask them to line up outside the gates in a parking spot and call them in one by one and try get them finished as fast as i can and i would also call over the radio to see if anyone is clocked off that could come and help me out but would try take initiative and get it done
- I would explain that it is our price and how we have the cheapest labour in the city and if they keep fighting about it I will get the car done if they accept it and if they keep fighting and deny it I would let them know they can go check the prices at other mechanic shops in the city and come back.
- I would get the name of the person and try calm the situation if that doesn't work and they keep going I would politely ask them to leave and if it continues I would call SD to come and remove them from the property and then give that customers name to a supervisor so they can be blacklisted/trespassed.
