- My name is Mohammed and my age is 20 years old I am fijian indian born New Zealand but raised at Fiji I currently work at Burgershot bayview which is how i figured out that Bayview auto center is hiring. I grew up around engines. My father was a mechanic But i never really had a passion of being a mechanic until I was 15 years old. I did a course on mechanics level 10. My hobbies are to sleep and game and do something technical or electrical.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I just came to city and worked at Bayviews burgershot I heard it was dead until i started clocking in and out. The salary isnt that great but itll do for now. I saw a poster that Bayview is hiring and I thought why not give it a shot and see what happens. I did grow around engines and cars so I will know what im doing.
- I grew up around engines. My father was a mechanic and I take after him when i was 15. I have skills on how to fix a car, and how to mod a car. I did a course of mechanic all the way to level 10 which is the max in Fiji. I started my little business called mo autos at fiji which was a success until I was 18 I moved out to here. I started working at Bayview Burgershot aiming to work as a mechanic one day.
- I have really good communicating skills in english I got top in school for english. Im always kind never swored in my life. I can repair a car so easily I know all types of cars. I really think ill be a good mechanic at bayview all i need is to trust me.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- First i would tell all my fellow customers to please wait because im the only mechanic on duty sorry.
- I would call Bayview manager and tell him whats happening and he will sort it out if his not there I would tell the customer please we have told you that labour is NOT OPTIONAL if he stills argues i call police.
- I would call the police then help me colleagues trying to spare time with the customer until police arrives.
