    • My name is Nathan Whildo and im from sweden where i've lived with my family for a time working as a mechanic, i came to this city in 2020 where i wanted to start a new chapter in my life. I ended up working in bayview and became a high member of the burnout nation. After a time in the city i decided it was time to go back to sweden with my family to take some vacation time. I after a few years felt like something was missing in my life so i flew back to Los Santos to keep pursuing my dream to be the best mechanic and car stylist i can be.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
    • I wanna work at Bayview because when i worked her a few years ago i had the best time in my life. I also have a huge
      interest of cars. I love working on cars and love meeting new people, and if i get to work at Bayview i get to do both.
    2.2 Why should we hire you? (Minimum 100 words):
    • I feel as you should hire me because I have a REAL passion for becoming a mechanic and making a big change in my life after getting my evading charge, I felt that I was just not in the right mind and I have to find a place to call home again after being gone from Bayview for around 5 years. And I know for a fact I will be on-duty many hours and take a look when people are not around and needing of mechanics. Also I am a really friendly guy as I love to meet new people when it comes to mechanics and customers. I met some of my best and great friends back 5 years ago that I still talk to and hang out with to this day and I always like to bring a smile to everyones face
    2.3 What qualities will you bring to Bayview Auto Center?
    • One strength is that i stay calm in most situations and Always trying to do the best i can do and also give 110 in everything i do, and have easy to learn new things. I’ve always enjoyed working on teams and it is one of my strongest attributes.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
  • 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
    • I would stay calm and relaxed and take one car at the time. Would try to keep track in what order they arrived and serve them in that order. And still give them the best service possible.
    3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
    • I would tell the costumer that the labor fee is as my colleague already told him is nothing we can change, and he is more then welcome to go somewhere else if this doesnt please him/her.
    3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
    • I would tell them to leave the property and leave my colleague alone or i will call the cops.
