- Hi my name is Mathew Johnston I am 22 years old. I have a huge love and passion for the automotive industry and have done since I was old enough to understand it. I grew up in a mechanic shop as my father owned one and I always was in there tinkering around with cars. I also enjoy helping people out where I can I am able to sit down with someone and go through the necessary steps to help them achieve what they need to so they achieve there goals and wishes no matter how long it takes to do so.

- I would love the opportunity to work at Bayview Auto Center because I have a huge love for cars and bringing peoples dream builds to life and watching the way they react when they see there dream builds come to life and I love helping people and working here is one way to active this.
- There are a few reasons I think you should hire me one of those reason is I am able to provide a high level of customer service I am able to sit down with the customer and take the time to understand what they are trying to achieve. I have gain this knowledge from working at DCC helping get customers to where they need to go and also my time and LSC working with costumers to sit down with them and go through the necessary steps to bring there dream vehicle builds to life in the quickest and most budget suitable way possible.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would stay calm communicate with the customer making sure they know I am aware they are there and try my best to provide a high level of customer service to each and every customer either waiting in line or who's vehicle I am working on.
- I would remain calm and remain polite I would explain to the customer that they lave to pay the labour fee. Explain why we have it in place.
- I would remain calm and polite ask what is happening and try to de escalate the situation to the best of my ability. If I am unsuccessful in doing this I would radio for a supervisor or manager to help the customer.
