- My name is Cindy Rose, and I just flew into San Andreas not too long ago, ready to write a new chapter in my life. I come from a quiet coastal town pretty, peaceful, but way too small for someone like me. I’ve always known I was meant for more. That’s why I packed my bags, left the past behind, and came here with nothing but ambition to grow to greater heights.
I’m not here to play it safe. I’m here to make a name for myself. I’ve got a sharp tongue, a quick mind, and I don’t scare easy. People say this city can chew you up and spit you out but they haven’t met me yet. I make connections where others see closed doors. I adapt, I hustle, and I don’t back down.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- Besides being at a great location to work at, I have a passion for cars. I do know a fair bit about them, not too much though which is why I want to follow the career as a trainee machinc to gain more knowledge. I used to help my grandad on his cars all the time and I think that is what sparked my interest in cars and engines. My favorate being american muscle cars, I don't but there is just something that I cant shake of it, when I listen to that engines idle, its like they speaking to me.
- You should hire me because I’m genuinely passionate about working with cars and keen to build a solid career as a mechanic. I might not have all the experience yet, but I’m eager to learn and willing to put in the hard work. I enjoy hands-on work and take pride in doing a job properly. I’m reliable, pay attention to detail, and don’t mind getting stuck in until the job’s done. I know every expert starts as a beginner, and I’m ready to learn from the ground up. All I need is a chance to prove myself.
- I’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a real willingness to learn. I take pride in being dependable if I say I’ll be there, I will be. I also work well with others and know how important teamwork is in a place like Bayview Auto Center. I’m not afraid to ask questions or take on tough tasks, and I always try to do things properly, not just quickly. I’ve got a real interest in how cars work, and I’m eager to grow my skills and become someone the team can count on.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- Ah some crazy chaos on the job. Well my first point of call would be to keep calm. It would be no use getting all worked up just because there's loads of work to do and probably an impatient customer or two. I would then just inform everyone that I am the only mechnic on duty, arrange them in a queue as to first come first serve, and assure then I would get to them as soon as possible. I would also on behalf of Bayview Auto, also apologise for any inconvience caused, and thank them for their patience.
- In this situation I would hear the customer out and find out why it is exactly why the labour fee is a problem. I would then take the information to the manager on duty and explain the situation. Should it be a case like the previous question I would kindly advise the customer that we have a policy that states that labour fees are mandatory and he would have to pay them.
- I would go over to the customer and try and calm down the situation, and try and hear out the customer. If he/she continues to be disrespectful I would again call management, or kindly ask the customer to leave. If the customer still refuses and the sitiation escalates, I would call the police.
