Bayview is open to applications from individuals interested in joining as mechanics, regardless of their amount of mechanic experience. Our dedicated training division will guarantee comprehensive training on the operations here at Bayview. Following the submission of your application, the Human Resources team will review it, and if successful, you will be provided an opportunity to join as a Trainee.

2. REQUIREMENTS
- Clean of any felony or serious misdemeanour within the last two (2) weeks. Any other crimes committed within, or outside, the last two (2) weeks will be reviewed and decided upon by the HR member reviewing the application.
- If you have previously worked at Bayview but have been terminated, you must wait at least one (1) week before re-applying or reinstating.
- (( You must have a clean admin record of at least 14 days, this includes 14 days from the date of an unban. The only exception to this rule is "Spoken To" reasons are allowed. ))
