  • I'm Marilyn Nixon I have a husband named Jett. I have a few siblings but we dont keep in touch to much. I am new to employment and have usually had a bread maker support me. I enjoy trying new things and am hopeful to experience something new that I love. I have no interest in bearing a child so hopefully that's not a deal breaker. I have never really had a father figure in my life and it makes me appreciate my husband, and I love being told what to do. I hope I am given a chance to broaden my horizon and experience new things in life.

  • My motivation is money, I need to make money to support my husband to make sure he has a good life when he is off of work. I want to work hard and get promoted through the ranks to show my husband that I am there for him as much as he is there for me.

  • What sets me apart is I have no other options. I need this job more than you can even imagine. I will be hardworking and wont complain ask my husband he tells me what to do constantly. I would be a valuable asset to this company and my expertise in people skills could be beneficial. I am willing to flex my schedule to suit others needs anything to help the company out. My husband would be really upset if i was not hired and I would almost be too scared to go home to him if I don't get this job

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS

• 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
  • I would tell everyone to be patient and go in order of who showed up first. I would also request help if anyone was free so we can get through this line. I would stay nice and respectful to customers as well.
  3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
  • I would politely say there is nothing we can do and if they are unhappy they can go elsewhere.
  3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
  • I would tell them to leave the property and that we are contacting the authorities to come if they do not and they will be charged with tresspassing and could be blacklisted if they go to far with what they say and would be with threats/i]
