  • My name is Ravi Singh, I am 32 years old. I am a British Indian that moved to Los Santos due to a lot of things out of my control. Since I have been here I was drawn to crime and hatred towards cop which I have been working on. I have been trying to see someone from CRU due to help with my problems. I have always like cars and have quite a few myself, I used to work at Benny's but I got fired because I let the voices get the better of me. I am looking to work hard, keep my head down and reach my end goal of owning my own house and some better cars. I have been coming to Bayview for years and I finally stayed clean to be able to work there and give it my all working for a company.

2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
  • My motivation to join is, I used to work at Benny's I really enjoyed the work, I enjoyed working with cars as I have quite a few myself. I am looking to save up and buy a house, try and stay as clean as I can as I have had issues with authority in the city, more so with cops and DOC. But this is something I have been working on. I am hard working, dedicated and reliable when it comes to my work. I have not taken a day off from working since I have flown in the city.

  • I worked at Benny's for a few weeks where I was trained in Roadside and using the flatbed, I love cars and fixing them. I have a great passion and own a few cars myself which I enjoy driving. I am polite, reliable and hardworking. I have a dying passion for cars and working, I get very bored when I don't work which has lead to me getting in trouble. So I am wanting to focus on something, such as employment to keep myself active and earning money. Bayview is a great place to work and I know a few people there so wanting to be involved and be a part of the team, educating myself further.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS

• 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
  • I would server the customers in order of how they arrived, explaining to them that there is a line and I will get to them as quickly as I can in a professional manner.
  3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
  • I would ask for a Supervisor or Manager if there was one around, if not I would explain to the customer, that is how the invoicing works and there would be nothing I could do to change the price.
  3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
  • I would ask them to leave in a polite, professional manner. If the refuse to leave and carried on threanening I would call the cops.
