RANKS, SALARIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Chief Executive Officer - $8,000/hr
Rank Responsibilities:
- Provides strategic leadership and oversees all operations of Weazel Entertainment News Network (WENN), including the management and high command teams.
- Reports directly to the Board of Governors of the San Andreas State Government, ensuring alignment with state policies and objectives.
- Manages payroll for the entire organization, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- May issue any disciplinary action deemed fit.
- Holds final authority over all staffing decisions, including promotions, demotions, and terminations.
- Ensures the High Command team fulfills its responsibilities effectively, maintaining operational excellence and accountability.
Rank Responsibilities:
- Acts as the second-in-command to the CEO, providing daily support to ensure seamless operations and workflow across the organization.
- May issue any disciplinary action deemed fit.
- Manages payroll for the entire Weazel Entertainment News Network (WENN), ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Rank Responsibilities:
- Serves as the leadership rank just below High Command, ensuring a smooth transition of authority.
- Oversees the operations of their respective division, ensuring it runs efficiently and meets organizational standards.
- May issue disciplinary actions including up to 21 days suspension and $50,000 fine
- Has the authority to add or remove personnel within their division, based on the division's operational needs and performance.
Rank Responsibilities:
- Assist with Human Resource functions, including dismissals, demotions, promotions, and hiring.
- Oversees staff at lower ranks, ensuring they meet organizational standards and performance requirements.
- Collaborates with Directors to support their respective divisions, contributing to the smooth functioning of divisional operations.
Rank Responsibilities:
- Assists Senior Managers in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and supporting management tasks.
- May handle employee dismissals, demotions, promotions, and hiring, with the approval of a Senior Manager or higher.
Rank Responsibilities:
- A highly experienced member within their division, serving as a role model for junior and aspiring staff.
- Works closely with Trainees and Junior Staff, helping them integrate and become familiar with their roles.
- At this rank, Lead Staff are eligible to apply for the Aviation program, allowing them to pilot the Weazel helicopter for assigned tasks.
Rank Responsibilities:
- An accomplished and reliable staff member within their division, serving as a role model for fellow employees.
- Provides guidance and support to lower-ranking staff, ensuring they are on track and meeting expectations.
- At this rank, Senior Staff have unlocked the ability to have access to a Weazel News boat and use it for any tasks out on the open waters.
- Senior Staff may sell and put up posters.
Rank Responsibilities:
- A proficient staff member who reliably handles assigned tasks and has a solid understanding of company rules.
- Capable of working independently without the need for further training, while also offering advice and guidance to other staff members when needed.
Rank Responsibilities:
- A newly qualified staff member who has successfully completed their training and demonstrated strong work ethic and competence.
- Familiar with the basic rules and procedures of Weazel Entertainment News Network (WENN), ensuring compliance and effective performance.
Rank Responsibilities:
- A recently hired team member, focused on completing basic tasks while learning the operations of Weazel Entertainment News Network (WENN).
- Trains in creating and posting various advertisements, as well as managing blips for businesses and properties.
Rank Responsibilities:
- A part-time position within Weazel Entertainment News Network (WENN) that allows individuals to work on their own schedule.
- Holds minimal duty requirements, providing flexibility while contributing to the organization's needs.
Rank Responsibilities:
- A former decorated employee of Weazel Entertainment News Network (WENN), invited to provide guidance and expertise on various matters as needed.
- Offers valuable insights and support to current staff, drawing from extensive experience within the organization.
Rank Responsibilities:
- Maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the Weazel Entertainment News Network (WENN) facilities.
- Ensures that all areas are kept tidy and presentable, contributing to a positive work environment.
MINIMUMS
Once you have passed your training and become a Junior Staff Member as Weazel Entertainment News Network you will be asked to choose a primary division- Advertising or Media. Depending on your choice, your minimum expectations will be as follows:
Advertising: 50 bulk ads/weekly
Media: 1 piece of content/weekly
Media: 1 piece of content/weekly
You will also be given the option to choose secondary divisions such as our Creative or Human Resources department in the event they are hiring. You can find out more about these divisions here and find out whether or not they're hiring here. Given the nature of these divisions, they do not have minimum requirements. Instead, they will be considered as in addition to your regular job duties.
