- Lucifer Sparrow born in 2000 had a few siblings and a military background father, Who was killed in the line of duty, Lucifer was the eldest child so because of the responsibility of himself and his siblings he started working part time on a mechanic shop in the red county, when he moved to the Los Santos he started working in the Los Santos Customs because this is his area of expertise however certain obligations to his family he had to go out of town, Lucifer always preferred living outside the main city because of his introverted personality. He also have a habit of working over the limit which can be beneficial or harmful depending on the job.

- I'd like an opportunity to work at the Bayview Auto Center because mechanic work is my area of expertise and since I was raised in the red country I'm quite fond of the lack of city lifestyle that comes at the Paleto Bay, additionally I've noticed the work vibe at the bayview auto center and it makes me want to be part of the team.
- So starting with the skills, I've got exceptional machinery skills that comes handy for a mechanic shop, Secondly I've got great experience with the customer service that's also a major important skill to have in mechanic shops. What sets me apart is my work ethics, I've got a nack for learning new things and I go really well with the code of ethics of a work place, I believe it's what sets us apart from a failing business to a successful business. Thirdly I'd like to mention my incredible learning speed, I learn new topics, contexts and new things very faster because I have an interest in these activities. I believe I'd be a great fit for this job.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- Firstly I politely tell everyone to make a line or a file depending on the location and inform them kindly that since I'm the only one on duty I will be going through them one by one so be patient then I will proceed with servicing the customer depending on who came first.
- Since they have already understood that it's mandatory and they don't want to pay, I will tell them this is viable for a lawsuit and an offense, I could call an officer of the law and additionally such behavior can get them on the blacklist and I'll try to calm them down to deescalate the situation
- Firstly of all I'll firmly tell them to stop doing that as this is harassment, if they do not stop I will ask them to leave the shop if they refuse then I will inform the manager or the supervisor on the shift so we can take appropriate actions such as calling the Law Enforcement
