  • I am currently 24 birthday is October 30th I was born here in los santos, but have never been in trouble not as much as a infraction. But I have done a few jobs since I've turned 18 and was able to legally work I got my truckers license and did a good trucking for a year or 2, ever since then I have fallen in love with road work and have been doing that since but am wanting a official job instead of just some perdium stuff. So for the past year I have been more into it than ever before as I am getting to a age where I need to put more work in, and be able to afford to buy my own house.

2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
  • I aspire to be a mechanic I always have. I have messed with my cars a little, so I have very small and limited experience but I love to learn and currently trying to enroll in automotive classes at the university. I also have some more experience from when I was just a little guy working with my dad on his truck, and he went mudding alot so their were constantly new issue. Now that experience was not hands on as much as I just held the flashlight and watched but you can still learn a lot from watching.

  • I feel I am a good candidate because I have a strong work ethic, I will put it all into my job and will go above in beyond in hours I will clock. I also am very motivated, ecstatic I will not only be doing good work but I will also bring a vibe to the shop and make everyone's day better. I have personal experience working on my own car and I also have came to Bayview quite a few times to have the mechanic their work on it whether its upgrading the motor or repainting the vehicle I usually go here and I watch the mechanics on what they do and how the do it so I can learn from them to better myself.

  • I can bring a lot of activity, and a good mood, as I said above I am very ecstatic meaning I am very joyful and love to just meet people and set a good vibe.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS

• 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
  • I will do the same as always and help the customers out, I may try to go a little faster but not to fast cause I still want a good product at the end, and if someone starts to get mad from waiting I will explain it to them by saying something like "Hey sir/mam Im sorry for the wait, I am going as fast as I can and I am the only mechanic but I promise you the wait will be worth it" or something along those lines
  3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
  • I would re explain it and say something like this "Hey sir so unfortunately the labor fee is mandatory as we have to get the parts from our suppliers then get them ready for the mechanics to use then we the mechanic working on the car has to go get the product and install them which sometimes is not easy. So unfortunately we have to charge that fee and if you think it is unreasonable then you can try to install it yourself but finding the parts and installing them is not easy
  3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
  • I would call 911 let them know the situation while keeping a eye on the customer and colleague make sure their is nothing physical and wait for the police to get here to give him a trespassing. If something physical does happen I will let 911 know and help my colleague while we wait for the police to show up.
