1.6 Personal Biography (Minimum 100 words):- My name is Nolan Leonhart, a twenty eight year old man who has recently moved to the city, in hope of finding myself a stable place to live.
Now eager to start my search in finding some steady employment and start to establish myself as a respected citizen.
I have lived generally a quiet life so far, spending most of my time around my childhood home, a small farm just outside of the city.
Growing up on the farm i have lived a simple life, keeping myself out of trouble and working hard to help my family keep the farm running.

- I believe my motivation for joining Bayview comes from my childhood, While growing up My father would work on a lot of his own vehicles and I would often help him. Having my father teaching me the ropes has made me want to further my mechanical experience and seek out employment as a mechanic.
- Growing up on a farm has taught me many valuable general life skills, as well as turning me into the very hard working, responsible and efficient individual that i have become today. Living and working on a farm can be a very demanding lifestyle this has created the very strong work ethics I have today. Additionally, my time helping my father with any general vehicle maintenance on the farm has provided me with a solid foundation in mechanical work, not only has this experience improved my technical skills but also it has fuelled me to seek further experiences in this particular field.

- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would start to deal with each customer one at a time explaining to them I'm the only one working and apologise for any delays caused by this.
- I would continue to explain the fee must be paid before any repairs can be carried out explaining that if the fees are not paid he would need to leave.
- I would first try to calm the situation and see if i could assist in anyway, if it contiuned to escalade I would ask for assitance from a manager.
