- My name’s Johnny Ganja. Born and raised on Grove Street, where the sidewalks talk, Back in the day, things were different, Grove Street wasn’t the best neighborhood, I didn’t always do things right. I Made mistakes some I still pay for, some I can’t even talk about. But every scar’s a story, I wasn’t some certified tech or school trained mechanic. Everything I learned came from watching old heads work, asking the right questions, and tearing things apart just to see if I could put them back together.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- To be honest, I’ve been around cars most of my life not in some fancy shops, but just out in the yard or behind garages in the neighborhood, I just want to be part of a shop that carries a reputation of doing good work and treating people right.
- I just love working with my hands. I’ve been around cars most of my life not in a big shop or anything, just helping people out in the neighborhood, fixing up my own ride, figuring things out little by little.
I’m not gonna act like I know everything I don’t. But what I do know, I’ve learned the hard way, and I’m proud of that. I’m not afraid to get dirty, I take the work seriously.
- I’m someone you can count on, I don’t mind putting in the work, even if it’s long hours or tough jobs as I can also bring loyalty and respect among all the colleagues spreading positive vibes.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I stay calm. Getting stressed won’t fix anything, I’d step out, talk to the line, let everyone know what’s going on, and I’ll get to them one by one, people usually appreciate honesty.
- I’d calmly explain that the labor fee isn’t something we’re just throwing in it covers the time and effort it took to get the job done right as I would also let them know I don’t have the power to change fees.
- I would remain calm and professional, I'll try to redirect the customer’s attention or offer a solution to their concern in a calm tone as I'll get a manager to deal with him if not available sometimes takes to involve authority if needed.
