- My name is Tommy Bean I am 22 Years of age. I grew up in London but moved here to Los Santos quite some time ago. I’ll be honest, life here has not been easy, I’ve not done myself any favours and I’ve spent more time behind bars than I care to admit. For a long time I thought I’d never change, but here we are, looking for a legitimate career and hoping to be given a second chance.
I’ve always been around cars, for as long as I can remember. My dad used to let me work on his old cars before he passed, I’ve always had a passion for them and had I not been involved in the criminal aspect of life, who knows where I could have been.
Now in the present day, I tend to find enjoyment in the little things in life.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- Like I previously stated, I've always had an interest and I have always been around vehicles. I've just been hired at Plague Inc and I am slowly beginning to turn my life around. I believe If I am hired here at Bayview and work two jobs to fill my time I can truly turn that corner. I feel as though I can do the city some good and finaly be a functioning member of society.
- Not to sound like a broken record haha, I may not know too much about cars and how to fix them, however i sure do have a burning desire and a beautiful passion to work with them. My love for vehicles and the genuine human interaction whilst working on someones pride and joy would fill me with so much gratitude. The ability work on another man or womans car, whether that may be a daily driver, or a luxurious super car, It would be fantastic and an honour to work on it. I feel like I could bring a lot to this company, with my fantastic customer service and uplifting personality. I would be forever grateful if given the chance to better my career and my life!
- I would start off by saying my very strong personality combined with my ablity to take on new skills and take in, information at a very rapid rate would be very usefull for a job like this. Also my amazing customer service that I had mentioned previously in this application

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- Assuming none of the customers are being unpleastent, I would simply begin repariing their vehicles one at a time. If possible i would call on the radio to see if there are any empoylees who are not clocked on who can give me a hand.
- I would urge them to make a formal complaint whilst remaining calm, respectful and professional. I would make them aware that these prices are in place for a reason and that they are not subject to change. I would follow the correct protocol in order to make the customer feel as comfortable as possible
- I would attempt to deescalate the situation that is unfolding by reamining calm and talking to the customer, depening on the severity of the threat I would act accordingly. I would attempt to get my colleague to move on to another customer or leave the area hoping this would help calm the individual down.
