- My name is Mohammed, I am 19 years old. I grew up In New zealand and moved here over 2 weeks ago. I got no family members here except for my cousin Mohammed Rah who is the person who told me to join bayview. I have experience in Mechanic, my uncles were all mechanics which made me grew around cars and engines. I currently work at burgershot which is not great but great. I am fijian indian. I did mechanic level 10 in New Zealand and Level 18 engineering which is the highest. I really love mechanic and i hope this job suits me.

- I want to work at bayview because i really love the company around here. It's spacious and has lots of people. Bayview is known for its highest service standards, and i think working here will improve my social skills. Bayview is also based in a quiet area too wheres theres no swearing or anything thats what i like here and everyone is too kind.
2.2 Why should we hire you? (Minimum 100 words):- I have high skills in mechanics. I am very detailed when it comes to servicing a customer. I grew up around engines and cars my whole LIFE! theres litterly nothing I want more than having a solid car thats fast. I have strong maths, english, kindness skills which can improve our Shops reviews and more people would come here to get there car serviced. I did level 10 mechanic and level 18 engineering, I know what im doing when it comes to mechanical. I Had my own mechanic shop back at NZ didnt really get much pay from it because of less people in the area i did it for about 3 years and then i decided to move here to see what i can find and bayview was the fit!!!

I also have very strong english skills that make me a good candinate at bayview, i even have strong math skills that make me a amazing worker i lntend to learn quickly so i dont mess up. I am very detailed when fixing a engine, i am always kind to customers and that makes bayviews reviews higher.

- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I say i am the only mechanic on duty please bare with me then i take my time reparing, modfying anything the customer wants perfectly so i dont mess up and make them unhappy. Even though it will take long because there might be mad customers i must be kind and equal to all customers
3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?- I would say "that my collegaue already told you if you want to escalate this id be more than welcome to call a supervisor to handle this".
3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?- I would take my colleague somewhere safe and call the cops so the situattion dosent esculate even furthuer
