- I was born in Cuba , moved to Miami Florida at the ripe age of 3 was raised in a tough busy fast paced city, my father was a city mechanic I didn't have a mother growing up so I spent a lot of time at the shop with my father and learned alot about automotive repairs. Now at 30 years old relocated to Los santos starting a new life, a new chapter I'm ready to embrace the city work hard and elevate myself and my family. Besides becoming a mechanic I want to one day own my own repair shop in the future.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- As I stated I grew up in a mechanic store, dirty and oily. The automotive life is the life for me I want to follow my fathers legacy and show my future son how the mechanic world is. It's more then just repairing a car its keeping the common folk rich or poor moving and transporting so they can get to their everyday jobs or errands!
- You should hire me because I am a very hard worker, have an extended background and experience in automtovie repairs both being with cars and motorcycles. I also bring great customer service to the table and I have ambitions to be apart of either human resources or the PR team. I can promise to always be on time, reliable and even work on weekends if I have to or be on call incase a peer of mine calls out all of a sudden. I am a very positive team player and will make sure everyone is smiling.
- Fast working, multitasker, great customer service, fast learner and great team worker.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- Calmy and in an effient pace handle each customer one by one and thank each of them for their patience and apologize for the delay at the moment.
- If the customer is not happy with the labor fee and no labor has been conducted, then I will nicely explain to the customer if they do not wish to pay for the labor fee then I apologize but I am not able to provide the labor requested due to company policy, I can let the customer know I can request for the manager to make accomadations just to ease the customer and let them know I am trying to do everything I can to help them, I will pretend like I ask the question and say ''Ok'' and let the customer know unforuntley we cannot do that. I believe the customer will leave a bit more relaxed knowing I tried my every effort and resource to get the labor price down
- If the threats are life threats or death threats I will let the customer know to please leave so I do not have to call 911 if not I will get somewhere safe and dial 911 .
