- When I was new to the city I was in search of getting money so I hustled hard at Oil Mining, Trucking and Roadside construction but in these work the plenty effort was required and payout was low so I parted ways with legal working and worked under some organization where I was earning better than hustling jobs but it gave me a lot of trouble, police always on me and some rivary with other people and I was totally deprived and misled then it took some time for me to recover from all of that and I went on vacations and so I realized I was no wrong path and there's no good in illegal ways, legal ways are always better and tension free so now I am back with a new mindset and clean hustling mindset I made an ambition to join Bayview Mechanic to serve the people of Los Santos and work hard to be a better person and throughout my hustling journey I am sure I will meet some new and nice people in Bayview who will keep me motivated to go on further.

- As I said I want to become a better person and choose a right way of hustling that's why I find Bayview Auto Center as the most better option it's much better to work with you guys as I've seen here people working hard and getting better and I want to earn and meet new people here at Bayview so somehow this will help me to recover more from past experiences and will open more ways for me to develop.
- As I see mechanics here in bayview working for their living and getting a good grip on their skills so I feel inspired and I see myself getting trained and becoming a skillful mechanic, I will give my best here in your company and will always learn and upgrade myself to more advanced level and become an experienced mechanic, I've good communication skills and humbleness that would never malign the reputation of your company. I will give my effort and respect everyone and work as a team member and will always be grateful to your company if they hire me. I've some friends working in Bayview this way I will be connected to them and work with them and stay motivated.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I will politely one by one try to get the queries of the customer and provide the services they need as first come first serve rule and I will gently tell them that I am only the mechanic available right now so bear patience.
- I will first try to explain the customer that the labor fee is mandatory and if he agrees to it then I will offer him the services else I wouldn't entertain him if they keep arguing.
- I will gently try to calm them down and bring the matter to High commands if available, if not, then I would go for SD/PD Help as it's important to alert them in the first place.
