- My name is Maple, I am 28 years old, I have been in the city for some time but have not flown in for a bit. I came back and I am looking for a job and I always have a willingness to learn. I have not held a job in the city before and have done a lot of fishing as well as bus driving, that is what I was doing for most of my money. I am looking to get a job at Bayview and make something of myself, being able to buy a house is also another dream so I have somewhere to live other then my car.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I have always been interested in working with cars, I have tinkered with them here and there but nothing on a professional level, I am wanting to learn more about cars and work hard to progress myself further up the ladder. I enjoy learning new things and this is something I am wanting to learn and get better at.
- I have always been hardworking, dedicated, willing to learn and progress. I always like learning new things and I am wanting to be part of what I have seen is a great team. Every time I have been to Bayview I have been warmly greeted and wanting to be a part of that, which has given me the drive to apply for a position at Bayview. I have never been arrested, I don't have a speeding ticket, I have never been pulled over, I just knuckle down and work hard at anything I do. I would like to be given the chance to prove myself and learn the role.
- Hard working, dedicated, resilient, work well under pressure

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would let everyone know I am the only mechanic on duty, inform them I will get to everyone when I can as there is a queue. I would then work through the queue and thank everyone for their patience.
- I would inform them that if they have an issue they can speak to a supervisor or they can leave if they are not happy with the service, I would let them know that there was nothing we could do as it has been explained to them numerous times.
- I would check on my colleague, asking the customer to leave if they cannot be respectful. If they continue I would call the police and have them removed.
